mRelief’s 2024 Annual Report
Dear Friends of mRelief,
We are proud to reveal our 2024 Annual Report! In 2024, we celebrated a decade of connecting people to public benefits and adapted quickly to a shifting landscape of benefit rules and enrollment systems. At every turn, our nimble team prioritized clarity, efficiency, and empathy for the people we serve. This year alone, we have helped 718,037 people learn they’re eligible for SNAP and apply, unlocking $227,329,722 in SNAP benefits.
In a year marked by economic uncertainty and policy change, one of our most meaningful accomplishments was transforming, for thousands of people, how they experienced that vulnerable and brave moment when asking for help. The SNAP enrollment process can often be stressful and confusing, but with clear and compassionate guidance with mRelief's tools, we made those moments less isolating—and offered relief in more ways than one.
Through this year's challenges, we've learned the importance of pushing boundaries in the face of obstacles. We're relearning this every day from the people we serve: people who navigate systems built to exclude, yet persist in seeking care and stability for themselves and their families. It is this strength, and all those small but powerful moments of relief, that remind us why this work matters.
